Annual Credit Union Meeting
It's time for our credit union meeting! It's Thursday, April 29th at the University of Tennessee Agrilculture Extension Center located at
605 Airways Blvd in Jackson. The credit union office will close at 3:30 pm that day to prepare for the meeting. The meeting will start at
exactly 5:00. Please arrive a few minutes early to enjoy the refreshments and start the meeting on time.

With new credit card laws passed, some credit card companies are increasing their interest rates to outrageous rates!

Go Green, get e-statements!
If you're already using online banking, why not sign up for our e-statements and receive your monthly or quarterly statements via email. This way is faster and cuts down on the quantity of mail you already receive. Call the office for details on how to set this up!
Do you have a beneficiary on your account?
Please check with the office and make sure you have a beneficiary on your account in the event of a death. This prevents your funds
from being tied
up within the state, and allows your assigned beneficiary to withdrawal your funds without the long term delay.
Visa Fee Notice
Visa over limit fees and Visa late fees will increase to $25.00 effective June 9, 2009.
Loan Late Fee Notice
Loan late fees will increase to $25.00 effective May 18, 2009.
Verified by Visa
Our Credit Union is now set up with Verified by Visa. Some retailers require your debit card to be registered with Verified by Visa for security
purposes. To register your debit card, click on the Verified by Visa icon on the home page. You will then follow the steps to register your debit
card.
IMPORTANT DEBIT CARD INFORMATION
PLEASE NOTE: There is a daily limit of $1,005 on the Visa debit cards. This is a security feature that has been set with Visa to protect our members in the case of a lost or stolen card. Please call the credit union on the day that you know you are going to exceed this amount, and we will be glad to make the necessary changes to your account temporarily.
Do Not Give Out Your Information Over the Phone to Anyone!!
If there is an issue with your account, debit card, or credit card with the Credit Union, you may receive a phone call from Visa that will be an automated system. It will tell you the transaction that is suspicious and will then ask you to push 1 if you made the transaction or 2 if you did not. You will then be transferred to a live person who will then verify ONLY the last four of your social security number to assure this is the correct cardholder. We already have your card number and your social security number. DO NOT give any information over the phone, nor punch any information in the phone! This is a scam! If you are in question about anything, you can call the number on the back of your card or call the office at
423-7499.
Lost or Stolen Debit or Credit Cards
If you have a lost debit card, please call 1-800-500-1044. If you have a lost
credit card, please call 1-800-991-4965.
Member Information Changes
If you have recently moved or changed your name, please contact us as soon as possible so we can make the necessary changes.
