NO SERVICE FEES FOR CHECKING ACCOUNTS!
If you have seen the news lately, banks are now starting to charge service fees for debit cards and monthly charges for usage. We do not have any monthly service fees, nor do we charge for debit cards, nor do we have a minimum on checks you can write. Also when people are going to the bank to cash a check that's off of that financial institution, the banks are charging them a fee. Banks also charge you interest, you earn interest on your account with us! Talk to us today about switching your checking account to us!

Notices will no longer be mailed
As of June 1, 2011 we will no longer be mailing out overdraft notices or NSF fee notices. If you have never logged onto our online banking, please notify the office and we will be glad to get you set up so you can view your account.
IMPORTANT DEBIT CARD INFORMATION
PLEASE NOTE: There is a daily limit of $1,005 on the Visa debit cards. This is a security feature that has been set with Visa to protect our members in the case of a lost or stolen card. Please call the credit union on the day that you know you are going to exceed this amount, and we will be glad to make the necessary changes to your account temporarily.

Go Green, get e-statements!
If you're already using online banking, why not sign up for our e-statements and receive your monthly or quarterly statements via email. This way is faster and cuts down on the quantity of mail you already receive. Call the office for details on how to set this up!
Do you have a beneficiary on your account?
Please check with the office and make sure you have a beneficiary on your account in the event of a death. This prevents your funds
from being tied
up within the state, and allows your assigned beneficiary to withdrawal your funds without the long term delay.
Do Not Give Out Your Information Over the Phone to Anyone!!
If there is an issue with your account, debit card, or credit card with the Credit Union, you may receive a phone call from Visa that will be an automated system. It will tell you the transaction that is suspicious and will then ask you to push 1 if you made the transaction or 2 if you did not. You will then be transferred to a live person who will then verify ONLY the last four of your social security number to assure this is the correct cardholder. We already have your card number and your social security number. DO NOT give any information over the phone, nor punch any information in the phone! This is a scam! If you are in question about anything, you can call the number on the back of your card or call the office at

Lost or Stolen Debit or Credit Cards
If you have a lost debit card, please call 1-800-500-1044. If you have a lost
credit card, please call 1-800-991-4965.

If you have recently moved or changed your name, please contact us as soon as possible so we can make the necessary changes.
